Reconciliation

Through Reconciliation we receive God's forgiveness. Forgiveness requires being sorry for our sins. In Reconciliation we receive Jesus' healing grace through absolution by the priest. The signs of this sacrament are our confession of sins and the words of absolution.

Process

Children prepare to receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist as part of the second grade Religious Education program.  Completion of the first grade Religious Education class is required.

Adults and teens prepare to receive these Sacraments through the Rite of Christian Initiation program.  
Those who have already received First Reconciliation are welcome to participate in this sacrament on Saturdays from 2:30-3:30 pm in the church or by appointment (contact the office to schedule a time).
