As Catholics we are called to help our neighbors who are not as fortunate as we are. Jesus taught us that we must not let people suffer, but reach out to them.
Remember:
• God made each of us and we are special.
• All people are gifts from God.
• God wants all people to have the things they need to live.
• God calls us to respect all people.
• We are all one human family.
Here at “Power Lab” Vacation Bible Camp, we want to show our love for our family.
You can help! We can donate to the St. Vincent de Paul Society right here at St. Joe’s. The St. Vincent de Paul Society
began so that we, as caring people, can help our neighbors who may not have as much as we do. The donated items will help families right here in Martin County.
Items that are needed:
• Small toys (new or gently used)
• Books
• Toothbrushes and toothpaste
• Small sample size toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)
The donations can be placed in the special box in the Family Center. We will be collecting them all week. Remember, as Catholics, we are called to love our neighbor. Thank you for participating in this worthy cause!
