The role of the Sacristan is a privileged ministry requiring persons who are regular communicants, dedicated to the Liturgy, and zealous in their commitment to fostering the growth of our Parish Community. Sacristy related chores are many and include:

• Preparation of Liturgical materials: maintained, cleaned, laundered and replaced as necessary; set up for each rite.
  
• Plan and care for flowers or other seasonal decorations.

The Lead Sacristan coordinates coverage at all Masses, supervises replenishment of materials, recruits and teaches new Sacristans. Cleaning and maintenance of the church complex is the responsibility of paid staff.
